B2B invoice factoring

Pricing structure

Factoring pricing consists of the cost of arranging the transaction and financing the invoice. In our offer, we typically distinguish between a service fee (transaction processing, document review and administration) and a financing fee (based on the financed amount and the period until the invoice due date).

Where applicable, additional costs may apply, such as enhanced due diligence or exceptional document processing. All fees are clearly itemised in the offer so that you can see which charges apply and on what basis.

Factors affecting pricing

  • Buyer’s payment behaviour and risk profile
  • Payment term (longer terms increase the financing component)
  • Clarity of documentation and transaction substantiation (e.g. contract, delivery note, acceptance certificate)
  • Structure of factoring (disclosed vs. undisclosed)
  • Transaction specifics (partial invoices, set-off arrangements, claims, etc.)
