Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions, as well as an overview of which invoices are eligible and what is required to receive an offer.
No. Pricing depends on the invoice amount, payment term, the buyer’s risk profile, and the chosen factoring structure. All fees are clearly itemised in the offer, both as percentages and in euros.
Yes. We use client data solely for the provision of our services and to comply with applicable legal requirements. All documents are handled confidentially.
This depends on the transaction. In most cases, we request company details, information about the authorised representative, and, where required, details of the beneficial owner, as well as supporting documentation related to the transaction.
Generally, this is not preferred, as transactions between related parties carry a higher risk of set-off and risk interpretation. Each case is assessed individually.
Our focus is on business-to-business (B2B) invoices.
If an invoice is disputed or a claim arises, the issue must first be resolved between the parties. Disputed invoices are generally not financed.
We act in accordance with the agreement and the agreed process. Where necessary, we work with the parties to facilitate payment. The specific steps are explained before the transaction is confirmed.
Recourse factoring means that if the buyer fails to pay the invoice in accordance with the agreed terms, the seller is responsible for settling the invoice as set out in the agreement.
Undisclosed factoring requires clear agreements regarding invoicing and controls. Eligibility is assessed based on the specific transaction and the buyer’s profile.
In disclosed factoring, the buyer is notified of the assignment and makes payment directly to the factor in accordance with the agreement.
In undisclosed factoring, the buyer continues to pay the seller as usual, and the settlement with the factor takes place between the seller and the factor.
Yes. You may submit a single invoice for factoring or use the service on a regular basis — both options are available.
The response time depends on whether the invoice and buyer information provided are sufficient. If additional information is required, we will inform you promptly so that we can proceed with the offer.
We offer factoring for B2B invoices in the range of €500–€10,000, provided that the invoice is valid and the underlying transaction is clearly documented.
No. Factoring is invoice-based financing. It allows you to receive payment earlier based on your sales invoice instead of waiting for the payment term to expire.
